Pumpkin cake w/ whipped topping
CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 C water
2 eggs
2 t. cinnamon
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 T apple or pumpkin pie spice
1 15 oz can pumpkin.
Mix
all ingredients and spread the thick better into a greased cake pan.
Bake @ 350 for 25 minute (this last time I made it I checked it at 25
minutes and the middle was still gooey so I had to bake longer. Just
make sure you check it). The cake will be moist but it shouldn't be
gooey.
TOPPING
2 C heavy cream, whipped
1/3 C brown sugar
2 T sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Mix everything into the whipped cream. Spread on cooled cake.
